It was a very good year. The 68’s still had the nice low seats, dual brake system for the first time and a fully synchronized transmission, still no emission controls, this one has a Weber down draft carburator, wire wheels, good tires, new springs and shocks, new floor pans, competion glass front quarters. This is the last year with the nice dash, no cubby. All lights and gauges are working. The car was green now black. Good glass and interior, nice leather seats. Buffing paint next week ready for first spring cruise. Newer top, original tonneau and top boot.
